We have all looked online to check the lyrics of our favorite songs, but should writers and publishers get royalties for our inquiries?
Personally, I think that there needs to be a line drawn in what is allowed to be shared freely and what should be pay-to-view or listen material. Most music today is over produced and the song lyrics get washed out. Even after purchasing an album, giving the artist their credit, I still don't know the words. Why should we have to pay to know exactly what we are singing along with?
